All therapists must upload their professional license for verification. Nest & Bloom reserves the right to verify credentials and deny or revoke access if verification fails or standards are not met.
Therapists are solely responsible for the professional services they provide. Nest & Bloom is a platform facilitator and does not practice therapy or provide medical advice.

Nest & Bloom itself does not provide medical or therapeutic services. Licensed therapists on the platform independently provide professional services. The relationship is between you and the therapist, not between you and Nest & Bloom.
Wellness tools, articles, videos, and other resources are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You may create and share content (posts, comments, videos, etc.) on Nest & Bloom. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the platform.
You agree NOT to post content that:
Story Circles and community features are meant to be supportive and safe spaces. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any behavior that creates an unsafe environment is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate these standards.
Access to wellness resources, Story Circles, and basic app features is free.
Therapist consultations are paid services. Therapists set their own rates. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual therapists. Please review a therapist's policies before booking.
Nest & Bloom may charge service fees for platform usage, which will be clearly disclosed before any transaction.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Communications between users and therapists are confidential and encrypted. However, confidentiality has legal limits, including mandatory reporting requirements.
While we implement strong security measures, no system is 100% secure. You use the platform at your own risk.
Nest & Bloom, including its design, features, code, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
